This co-ed program is open to boys and girls of all levels. It’s the ideal environment for beginners to learn the game and for developing players to improve their skills. Players will build confidence through team concepts, position-specific instruction, small-sided games, and fun competitions — all while falling in love with the game of lacrosse! Beginners Register HERE!

 Premier Training Program
Designed for intermediate to elite players across Vermont, this high-level program is for athletes who want to push themselves and train like the best. Open to Youth, Middle School, and High School boys and girls, our Premier sessions are offered year-round (summer, fall, and winter) and include advanced skill work, strategy, and high-paced competition. Intermediate to Advanced Players REGISTER HERE!
